BCI Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our growing team and work in central Minnesota. Headquartered out of Sauk Rapids, MN. BCI specializes in Commercial, Medical, and Institutional Construction.

Administrative Support
- Physical front desk presence and greet visitors
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office communications
- Prepare correspondence, presentations and other documents as needed
- Order office supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Retrieve, sort and distribute company mail
Accounting Support
- Distribute accounts payable invoices to the appropriate project team members for review and approval
- Process overhead invoices in accordance with company procedures
Project Compliance
- Track project compliance requirements and deadlines
- Enter and maintain compliance documentation in company systems in accordance with established processes

- Office and Field Staff PTO

- Others as assigned
All Company Meeting Support
Office Operations and Facilities Support
- Serve as main point of contact for office and kitchen supply needs
- Maintain conference rooms, common areas, supply rooms, and breakroom spaces
- Assist in ensuring office environment remains organized and professional
Project Team Support
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers, Superintendents, and other team members as assigned
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and tracking field clothing inventory
- Coordinate biannual office staff clothing orders
- Assist with coordination of company events as needed
- Support additional administrative and operations initiatives as assigned

Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of administrative, office support or customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, or equivalent knowledge.
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Construction industry experience
