BCI Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic IT Generalist to join our growing team and work in central Minnesota.  Headquartered out of Sauk Rapids, MN.  BCI specializes in Commercial, Medical, and Institutional Construction.

Wage:
  • Starting at 70k annually depending on experience

Primary Duties
• Provide technical support to internal users (hardware, software, network, and peripheral devices).
• Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other office equipment
• Managing Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and email systems (E.G, Outlook, Office 365, Azure).
• Maintenance and monitoring of servers, network devices, and backup systems
• Install and configure hardware, software and applications as needed
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including account creation and equipment setup and vice versa
• Monitor IT inventory and asset tracking
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers when needed
• Maintain documentation of IT processes, procedures, and systems
• Support cybersecurity updates including software updates, patching and user training
• Maintain IT area housekeeping
• Manage all software licences 

Secondary Duties:
• Assist with research and development initiatives, and implementation of new technologies
• Provide staff training on how to use specialized software and hardware
• Create and maintain SOP for all IT functions

Requirements:
o Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Technology, or similar experience
o 1+ years of experience as an IT professional or related role
o Efficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
o 1+ years of experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 Admin Suite 

Preferred Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Technology, or similar experience
o 3+ years of experience as an IT professional or related role
o 1+ years of experience with Apple business manager and Microsoft Mobile Device Management
o 1+ years of experience with Power BI and OData
o 1+ years of experience with SharePoint sites
o 3+ years of experience of network device management (Examples: Network Switches, Access Points-Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti)
o 3+ years of experience with cloud-based software solutions 

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM
