BCI Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our growing team and work in central Minnesota. Headquartered out of Sauk Rapids, MN. BCI specializes in Commercial, Medical, and Institutional Construction.

Responsibilities:
Project Setup & Startup Coordination
-Coordinate project set up across company systems, maintain project documentation, support bidding activities
-Assist with project start up requirements including submittals, permits, compliance documentation, and project meetingsProject Administration & Document Control
-Manage project records, plans, specifications, addenda, submittal logs, and project documentation within company software platforms to ensure accurate and organized project informationSubcontract & Compliance
-Prepare, distribute and track subcontract agreements and related documentation.
-Monitor insurance requirements, compliance documentation and prevailing wage requirementsSubmittal Management
Project Accounting Support
-Process subcontractors pay applications, support client billings, maintain billing records, assist with contractual requirementsProject finalization/close-out
-Manage project closeout activities including collection and review of warranties, operations and maintenance manuals, lien waivers and final closeout packages for project completionProject Team Support
-Provide administrative support to Project Managers and project teams

Required:
-High School Diploma or equivalent required
-Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
-Ability to learn and utilize construction management software
-Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and scanners.Preferred:
-Associate degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Accounting, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
-Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
